Hopefully tomorrow....

we will have an offer on our house. I spoke with our realtor's partner today and supposedly one of the potential offers that we have heard so much about is being written tonight. Hallelujah!!!!!!! Apparently this is a first time home-buyer so his realtor thought it might take a few hours tonight. We were told to expect to hear something tomorrow!!!!! We also have another potential person interested that is coming for her 2nd look on Sunday. So we could have a multiple offer situation which could only work to our benefit!!!!
